I wanted to love this book but for me it just didn't flow. I found it hard to keep both brothers separate in my head, that's on me than the authors writing I'm sure! Also the story line is not one of my favorites, again my own fault for not reading the synopsis. I also found Meadow annoying.. I've read other books by this author & I've loved her characters & stories, I'm sorry this one wasn't for me. Holy freaking heart-break! I knew early on in this book it was going to be one of those that you can't put down. One of those that has you tearing through the pages to get to the drama-filled, angsty moments but then also has you frantically reading on to see how it works out, to make sure it will be ok again. I was far too invested in these characters, it's ridiculous! I kept having to put the book down, take a breath and remind myself it's ok, it's not real haha.I love you Ker Dukey, I wanna live in your head!
What do You think about The Beats In Rift-xled (2014)?
