This is a very simple story of many pairs of birds who experience the Christmas story from different points of view. It's a kind of mental puzzle that children need to put together. It's a good story for very young children as it especially focuses on colors (green, yellow, blue, brown, and white) as well as the story (about the crowds in Bethlehem, the full inn, a man and woman led to a stable, shepherds visited by an angel, a choir of angels, and the holy family). Beautiful bird's-eye view artwork tells the classic Christmas story of the Christ-child's birth in a stable.Would be rated five-stars, but aside from alternating pictures with birds, it's really just a retelling of the Christmas story, which is a great story, but we've all heard it before.....The birds don't really add anything new in perspective or observation to the story.Recommended.
What do You think about The Birds Of Bethlehem (2012)?
A story on the day that Christ was born through the perspective of birds. Interesting.

A cute Christmas book with a different twist from the birds' perspective.
