I believe in eating healthy and was looking forward to this book. I thought it would be great to have a 10 day program of eating and exercise to get a quick start detox. I didn't realize that in order to do this I would need PGX fiber and supplements. I don't mind taking a multivitamin. But I wanted to detox to get away from all of the junk in our food! I am not interested in reading a commercial for Dr Hyman's supplements. This book should be free since he is just pushing his supplements. Very disappointed in this book.I raised my review to a 2 since there are some decent smoothies and dinners. This book was okay. I am not sure if I can do this 10 day detox thing, but I am going to try. I think I would rather do Super Shred. This guy wants you to eliminate to much from the diet. I understand that some things are not good to eat, but eliminating dairy to me is not something I am very interested in. I like yogurt and cheese. Milk is a natural product. I know that how they treat the cows is not always good with the hormone injections, etc., but it is still better than soda or the the other high sugar drinks out there. We will see about his plan.
Very informative and I enjoyed the way it's written. Plan to experience the 10 days detox very soon.

A tad confusing. Nevertheless very sensible. I will write a better review in a month of testing
