Sometimes a sequel can fall flat but this one was soooo good! The tiny glimpse we got to see into Devin's life (the main MC from the previous book) at the beginning was great and only left me wanting more! MORE DANGIT! lolThe world building is so fantastic in these two books and I cannot wait to see what happens next. I'm really hoping that the 'priority one passenger' (come on we all know who that is!) at the end of this book is one of the MCs in the next and I have my hopes for who his special someone will be (a certain Uncle maybe?). A girl can hope, right?I really, really love this authors writing and cannot wait to delve into more of his works! Just, go.. read the books! Love, love, LOVE! Honestly I wasn't very impressed with this book, unfortunately. The word building and character development both fell a little short. I spent a lot of the latter part of the book rolling my eyes during the repetitive sex scenes when our MC's repeatedly yelled each other's names. I guess it just seemed cliche. It wasn't all bad; I did like the idea of the book and how it included some info on the first book, "The Degan Incident", and gave us updates and some 'future-story' with what happens to Devin & Bastian. I didn't love it, I didn't hate it, but it just didn't really stand out at all for me.
What do You think about The Cassini Mission (2013)?
I loved this almost as much as the first, read it in no time at all. I do so hope there are more.

Not as good as the first book, but still a good adventure.
