This was a freebie download, it was a cutesy murder mystery with a "Nancy Drew" wannabe who owns a family wine & cheese shop. Reading about all the cheeses makes me want to go try some new cheese and the recipes from the book! I may expand my palate a little and also try cheese in new ways as it is served in the story, my mouth is watering already! I would read more of these series if the price came down a little, it's a very easy read and not very long...it took me almost 2 weeks because I read another book before I finished this one! I usually have a real book and an eBook going at the same time....I read whichever captures my attention the most at the time, but I must say, I'd only read the first chapter before I switched books, when I came back to this, I finished it in a day or two! Another in my current kick of reading cozy mysteries, this one set in a cheese shop which made me very happy. Actually, I sort of forgot that this even was a mystery and it seemed to take a while to get to the dead body. I liked the characters of the family that owned and operated the cheese shop and enjoyed the details about cheeses and various serving suggestions. The book even ended with some recipes showcasing cheese! However, the mystery aspect was very weak and I was ready to smack the main character for being an idiot and haranguing the local police about every little thing that popped into her head. I’d be will to give book 2 a shot, but I’m not running out of find it right this second.

Delicious story, although hard to follow at times.
