I slowly began to move my feet, which did not want to let go of the ground. Thoughts were running like freight trains in my head, so many memories of being here at this old school. Thinking of all the people that I've met, the bleak memories of my mom on my very first day of grade school on the other side of the small baseball field, and my dad coming to school because my grades were starting to fall. No matter what the memory; here I am, about to leave this place forever. I held my slow but now steady stride toward the front of the line.
