Wow this was not what I expected at all, but it was wonderful. So much emotion and love in this story of discovery. The main characters are amazing, as are their friends. I don't want to give too much away in this review, so i'll just summarize and say that it left me feeling warm and happy inside at the end. I'm excited to see there are (will be) more books in this series. I'm flying high about the characters that did get together in this book but there is one that I am absolutely crushed about - hoping to hear more from him in the future. Thank you, Author Con Riley, for an amazing and gripping (and sexy!) story. I loved it. I just loved this book. I did find it slow-going at first, and weirdly annoyed every time Theo reminisced about Ben. I didn't warm to Ben as a character, even one we only hear about and never properly meet. But by about 40% I was hooked. This was a slow-burn love story, with wonderful supporting characters and despite the fact that there was a lovely romance, this was more a book about overcoming grief and learning to love again.

Just could not get into this one. I wanted to like it, but just could not feel anything for the H/H.
