WTF it started not bad , also if too many co** fu** etc.., but then when u think the things are going well and u start to let pass the tooo very tooooo much explicit words then, THEN HAPPENS that shit, i realy hate the rapes damn it i dont wanna read of them and actually for the story wasnt necessary to use it. Actually i could let pass and attempted rape but not the actual things, if all stopped before the fact...but here...damn it. Idk if i'll read the sequels, i dont like to leave a book, maybe i'll do, but the story really become low for me now. Although I had few expectations for the 'fantasy' portion, it was so full of cliches I didn't know whether to laugh or wince. Supporting characters were two-dimensional and trope-y, and every few pages I'm reminded of the powerful bond between Gaige and Kieran with loud, enthusiastic, and soul-affirming sex. [Ah, one of them is feeling distressed/angry/sad...oh wait...oh no...no...and HERE WE GO AGAIN.](On a random note, I kind of feel sorry for Jax. Sure, he's clearly written to be mean and jealous and conniving...but supposedly he's been in love with Kieran for years, and when Gaige comes along Kieran's completely unsympathetic to Jax's feelings and stops just short of rubbing their relationship in his face. And given who Gaige really is...that must feel like a slap in the face.)
What do You think about True Of Heart (2008)?
Great story!! Just my type...true love, soul bonding & HEA. I grabbed up the sequel immediately.
