Not a bad book. I was shocked almost halfway through the ebook thinking it was done all of a sudden and there just wasn't enough to it, then looked down at the bottom of the screen to see that I still had over half the book to go (I hate short stories that finish just as they are getting interesting).Pretty typical, rich guy-blue collar girl story. I kept waiting for the twist to show up and it did (don't want to spoil it, but anyone who's read as many romance novels as I have will understand when they start reading it).Sex scenes could have been more involved, but I really like my smut. Oh well. I enjoyed the story, just like I did with the first of the Barker stories so I plan to finish both series. I was a little put off by our hero right off the bat because of his manwhore lifestyle. We just sort of jumped into the story without much background information on our heroine. I liked her, I mean I really liked her. She was strong, intense and knew what she wanted. The author wrote this h from a perspective of how a girl with big strong brothers would indeed act. I am looking forward to book 2, I just hope it has a little more depth to our characters.
What do You think about Tucker (2014)?
