Why did he take me back to his office? Thoughts ran through my head that this night could all be a joke. Everyone I ever knew was going to be inside that building, pointing and laughing as I walked through the door. An elaborate prank was definitely something Drake would do. Then I realized that Drake probably owned the entire building and lived on one of the floors. He helped me out of the limo and we got in the elevator. Drake put a key in and then hit the letter “P” for Penthouse. The elevator took us to the top floor of the building which was right above his office and opened up to reveal the most amazing apartment I'd ever seen. The 360 degree view from here was even better than his office. This floor felt a lot more comfortable. There were no walls but definite rooms. A bed and nightstand stood in one corner, a library and desk in another. A giant fireplace in the center connected the whole floor together and a fire was already cackling in it.
