This series was very good. Short books packing a lot of story. Books 1 & 2 had great surprise endings making me immediately jump into the next book. I enjoyed Alexa's character, she was very likeable, loving kids and teaching, as well as a deep love for Noah. She was however a little wishy washy on more than one occasion with sharing important information with her friends or Noah. Noah was lovable but quirky. He ordered sandwiches, but he never ate them. How about ordering something else instead? He walked around naked in front of everyone, yet he was so worried about how people viewed his scarred face. Sounds like he was having an internal battle with self-esteem. I have one big issue with book 3 that caused me to rate it 3 stars instead of 4. Noah struggled as a recluse in all 3 books, yet he was "cured" 6 months later in the Epilogue with no explanation. I think the author needed to delve into that a little bit since it was such an integral part of this story. I read the extra chapters available when I signed up for Deborah Bladon's mailing list. I recommend this to all. Those extra chapters were good enough to be released as a novella. Loved them!!! I recommend this series to all. I also look forward to reading the other characters spinoff series. Have you ever read a book wherein you tell yourself that you need to stop purchasing that series because it will just make you poor? Well, that happen to me. I can't stop reading these short stories by Deborah Bladon. Her stories were not extraordinary yet, I can't seem to stop. I definitely love her heroes. You can't help but drool, yah, drool as in. You hate them, love them, hate them all over again but at the end of the day, they'll capture and keep your heart! 5 superhotnesss stars! #highlyrecommended
What do You think about Vain - Part Three (2014)?
Drie (kortere) boeken die samen één verhaal vormen. Alexa en Noah; very nice read.

This was just terrible. I had to skim a novella. I never skim or skip. Ugh.
