That wouldn’t be good.” “Yeah,” he replied sarcastically, “especially since she’s looking pretty rough these days.” Stacy slapped him hard across the shoulder, causing him to wince and clutch at his arm. “What was that for?” he demanded in a hurt voice. “Show some respect! Now hush, here they come.” Stacy stood up behind her desk and smoothed the fabric of her navy blue suit, straightening her pencil skirt and making sure it hadn’t ridden up past the tops of her knees.
