I had read the Love Series with Tessa and Lucus up to Love You Anyways.Emma is going thru a divorce and trying to take care of her 7 year old daughter London she is in New York visiting a college friend where she meets Brody Hines. Brody is a British Rock Star going thru a very public divorce from a model in New York meeting his publicist who happens to be Emma's friend. Emma and Brody have a couple of amusing run ins when they give in to their attraction to each other. Their relationship is crazy intense and fast paced. London loves Brody. Brody even helps fix London's relationship with her father. Excellent cliff hanger ending- had to start right into next book The beginning of the book worked on the premise that the rocker and the suburban mom make a great couple, and they did have real chemistry. The Rocker is at a point in his life where stability is appealing to him. The end has a mysterious past come out of nowhere. Poor editing and plot transitions. I love rocker romances and wanted to love this one more, but not sure the book was well thought out in advance.
Amazing! Brody and Emma are amazing characters! I can't wait to dive into book 2!
