To say you're on a roller coaster ride is a fairly accurate description of where the book takes you. Everyone you believe in makes you realize they are not to be believed. My handsome Knight, you still turn us on. My sweet buff Quill... I wish the circumstances were different. I would have loved for you to be a kick a$$ good guy. Instead you're the bad boy with a golden heart. Be still my heart.I've got to get the next two books. Next book! Dulcie almost gets raped several times in this series and then ends up actually being raped by someone that is supposed to love her. That rape scene at the end has put me off completely. It made me hate the character I used to love and I can never see myself forgiving him. Dulcie keeps needing people to save her and that pisses me off. She has her badass moments, but as soon as it gets physical, she needs a man to come save her. And let's not forget that you have to buy yet another book to find out what happens because this one ends with a cliffhanger.
I loved this book. It brought a lot of info to light but Knight is just so hot.
