I liked it... I've struggled with weight all my life and now that I am at my heaviest I have ever been, I feel much more confident that I can get to where I want to be physically, for me. I think the reason I laughed so hard at some of the things Drew Manning wrote is because, I've been on both sides of the scale at one point in my life so I can relate completely to some of the emotions he describes. This book was a logical and realistic approach to fitness and health. The author abided by a strict nutritional routine and exercise regiment. He gave it up and stopped exercising and ate whatever he wanted to learn what others who struggled with their weight went through. What he learned humbled him and changed his approach. The book is a very quick read and left me feeling better about my choices. The author stresses balance and reminds the reader to enjoy the journey. While I am not ready to embrace spinach shakes I am ready to be more dedicated to my health.
Not nearly enough detail about the "Fat 2 Fit" part, and a very short book overall.
