Laini Taylor is a genius.This has to be one of my favourite series. It took a while to get through, but i didn't feel guilty about it since so much is happening i feel like you NEED to take time with it. Her writing style, her world and her characters all just fit together perfectly and I definitely think anyone who is into fantasy should read it!!!! it was the perfect ending and when I was reading it I read a lot at a time so the massive book was devoured in around three sittings! Just finished this series, which needs to be read all at once because the books do not stand alone. So I was glad the library had them all. If you are looking for an engaging YA series with some romance, fantasy, and other worlds, I really recommend this one. The second two books had some filler that could have been edited, but generally the plot is interesting and really engaging. I really immersed myself in these books while I have been traveling, which has been great. Taylor creates a world with chimaera (part animal, part human characters) versus Angels.
