The author is a fantastic story tell. Unfortunately I really don't like two of her main characters. I can hardly tolerate Tilly most of the time. She is a moronic, clutzy, mouthy, trouble magnate bimbo. She is hideous at her job. Disrespectful of her employer, coworkers and clients. She should be fired. She acts like a bimbo but then pretends to be a prude. At very few times is she funny. But it is laugh out loud funny. Then when everyone laughs and sniggers at her. Where apparently it is supposed to be funny. She states don't laugh at me. It's not funny. Yeah your right Tilly your self serving moronic behavior is not funny. But really I feel she deserves everything that happens to her. I actually Liked Heller in the first two books, but this "Thing" he and Tilly have going on is very very odd and old. I think Heller is an ass in this book.I really don't see what is the supposed draw that men seems to have to her. Besides her boobs. I would not call her brave, more like acting without thinking and then on the rare occasion getting lucky. The weird part is, I cannot seem to stop reading this series. I really blame J.D Nixon for her extraordinary great writing. :) Then to top it off, just when I think I want all these bad things to happen to Tilly and Heller, I actually then start to like them. Then dislike them. Then like them again. Geez almost like family, lol. The other cast of supporting characters, with the exception of Will and her family are the best part of this series. Ok after some time to get my thoughts together, here they go....Love the fact the author has created such enjoyable characters. Heller is a douche, but you can't help rooting for him. Daniel is a doll. I can't wait to see what happens BUT, I'm getting more frustrated as the series goes on. The girlfriend just pissed me off. There is a fine line between anticipation and flat out Forget this sh*t frustration. I'm leaning towards the latter.
