This wasn't the book for me. First of all, it began very slowly so I was bored nearly to death. Second, I didn't care for the subject matter. I hate reading about domestic violence. Also, I don't care for books where the couple are together, then separate for a long period of time. So with those 2 scenerios combined, When We Collide ended up being a less than enjoyable reading experience.HOWEVER, I still love A.L. Jackson. I just didn't like the book topic. Loved it like a Lifetime movie. Seriously, a great love story. This is the story of William and Maggie, and how they complete each other. This story takes place 6 years after his last interaction with Maggie. He has stayed away from home to avoid Maggie and the pain their separation brought him. Once he sees her again, he realizes she can fill the hole in his heart and he picks up his fight for her. A quick read with lots of great love story elements.
