The intrigue is very good !!! It was hard to put the book down wiht Zane has the main caractere.The autor wrote a part of the story line that took place during the holocaust and I thought it was well written.This was the 5th one of the serie, so far it seems to be the last one that was translated in French, (which I prefer to read). I thought this was a brilliant story for Zane. It explained all about his past and why he is the way he is - the WW2 era being brought into it and dealt with in a sympathetic way. I started off thinking that the main heroine - Portia - was a bit like a bubblegum barbie type but I was pleasantly surprised by her strength and conviction. Together they make a wicked couple who create a very engaging story. Another brilliant installment.
Hot hot hot.. Zane and Portia started on the wrong foot but ended up in the right place hahahahaha!
