When she’s quiet and cuddly her mommy calls her a little mouse, but this little girl knows better. She knows that she has many, many characteristics that are defiantly NOT mouselike. For instance, sometimes she’s as strong as a bull. Other times she’s as brave (and scary) as a lion. And she certainly isn’t always as quiet as a mouse!! But when the day is done, she is quite content to be as cozy and dozy as only mommy’s little mouse could be!Perfect for bedtime, or anytime you can squeeze in some precious moments with your little one. I enjoyed this book very much. It's a good story to use in the classroom around Mother's Day or to go over character traits. I liked the fact that the little girl, whom her mom calls Little Mouse, compares herself to different animals to describe her personality. I liked the illustrations and that adorable little mouse stole my heart :) My favorite part was the ending because she cuddles with her mom and we see a precious picture of the mouse! I give this 5 out of 5 YUPIs! :>
