He’d been off to the side during the break, flirting with that wannabe assistant of his, Nadja, who was starting to look at me as if she considered me a threat. I did not know how the hell he had gotten her clearance to be in a meeting like this. “How about dinner tonight?” he asked me. “How about you kiss my ass?” I replied curtly, keeping it moving.
