Romeo Redeemed by Stacey Jay, the second in the Juliet Immortal series is an epic as far as novels go. Romeo, being punished because he helped Juliet escape the hands of the Mercenaries is condemned to live in his soul specter until the end of time as it rots around him. Juliet's old Nurse seeing how he may have had a change of heart sends him to help a lost soul. Stacey Jay has created a novel rivaling the work of Shakespeare and made it into a riveting work of literature. With her careful insight and everlasting romantic inclinations she makes Romeo and Juliet a more beautiful love story than it was before with a twist. I would recommend this book to all ages but with a word of caution for disturbing images on occasion. It is well worth reading. I have to admit, I am and will always be Team Romeo and Juliet. But, unlike the first book, Romeo being with another girl, is well justified. And it had been interesting. Romeo's pov is well delivered, not overrated. And seriously, the story is highly complicated. Ambassadors and Mercenaries have been enough to make this morr twisted. What more, the different realities that seemed vague to me until now.

This book wasn't as good as the first one, but it was defiantly better towards the ending.

Love the ending for dear Romeo. Although I can't say I didn't see the ending coming.
