Another big adventure for the virals. This book although enjoyable was a lot like the goonies - the film was even referee to and famous five mixed together. A group of kids tracking old pirate treasure to save their houses and stay together. It was an enjoyable read but somewhat predictable. I love the concept of the 'virals' but book 2 didn't quite reach the standards of book one.I rest this book 3 1/2 stars Pirates. Anne Bonny's fabled treasure. LIRI is broke, and Tory's plan to save the Virals from splitting up and saving the institution is to locate the treasure to solve all of their problems. This second installment is still a fun read, but at times it still felt far fetched. For instance, it is hinted at that Tory might be related to the famed pirate, Anne Bonny. Chance makes an appearance, which lends itself to Tory's character and her realizing that her actions do have negative connotations on others' even if it means to protect her or her friends. The end wraps up in a nice little package. Maybe a little too nicely.I wish there was more Kit involvement, as he and Tory are still trying to figure each other about. The scenes between Whitney and Tory are hilarious. I feel like sooner or later, Whitney is going to slowly start moving in and all hell is going to break loose. In short, Seizure, isn't as perfect as the first installment, but it's worth a read.
What do You think about Seizure (2011)?
