Loved Sid's trick on Jill with the donors. Most PNR are so serious but this was playful and light, even dealing with life and death literally all around them. Sid (The Protectors #4) by Teresa GabelmanSid & LanaSID CAN BE MY "BOSS" ANYTIME!Wow, what a ride! This one took my heart through so many emotions... trust me when I tell you, you're going to chuckle, whimper, get annoyed, and then chuckle and weep again. Once again Ms. Gabelman has caught my attention with these hunky and funny as hell vampires! Especially Sid. That guy cracks me up!I'll start with that crazy ass Sid... Sid 'Scapegoat' Sinclair... or Sidilicious... or fang boy... or my personal favorite... the oversized blood-sucking Thor-looking wannabe!!! Now even though I tell you he's the funniest vampire I've ever read... don't mistake me... he's still all badass alpha and will not hesitate to beat your ass if you get out of line. In this book, you'll get to see the more serious side to Sid, which is refreshing. Now Lana Banana is one of my favorites. She is also pretty damn comical herself, but in a serious way. She's this little 5 foot nothing spitfire who can either ruin your day or make it, you chose... lol!! I, for one appreciate an independent and tough female lead and Lana fits the bill! In fact, if I batted for that team, I'd be all over that hotness!! Great supporting characters in the rest of the "Warrior" crew... Sloan, Jared, Damon, Duncan, Jill, Adam, and Dr. McHottie... Slade. I have to say I'm getting a little antsy at the Jill/Slade banter... I need you to write this book soon Teresa... I've been drooling over this dynamic duo since they were first introduced! This book was effortless to read, the dialogue flows and the tension leading up to the climax was superb! It's 234 (Kindle version) pages long and at that length, it was just right! Now that Epilogue, holy freaking hell! Now I can't wait to dive into Adams book. Great job Ms. Gabelman... You rock!4.5 Stars!

My least favorite of all the books just because it seemed rushed but it's still a pretty good read.
