I love this new series by Heather Killough-Walden. Fast, quick reads, and because the series has already said there are 13 kings; expect 13 books. I enjoyed the author's Big Bad Wolf series and it is helpful to have read them because some of the characters from those stories appear in this new series. There are graphic sex scenes so if that's not your thing, don't pick these up. I like the storyline and I like where they are going with it. I really enjoy all of Heathers Books... The Vampire King is a wonderful spin-off... I love how she brings in the characters from the big bad wolf series... It is not necessary to read the big bad wolf series first but I do suggest it as it's easier to know alot of the characters... This was yet another of Heathers books that I could NOT put down till it was finished... I am now anxiously waiting for the next one... lol... :O) I hope you enjoy it as much as I have....... :O)
I got 43% in and just couldn't finish. I always finish books, but this one wore me out.
