I love Thomas and Eddie. I've been routing for them to get together.I just feel Thomas's character changed. He has always been so laid back and gentle. Yet in this book he became aggressive and almost creepy at times.I also found the description of their 'dark portals' a bit off putting. I kept imagining that if they finally got round to having sex, one of them would disappear up the other backside into another dimension!This is still a book worth reading though and I still love this series. Thomas has been secretly in love with Eddie for awhile now but knows nothing will come of it. Thomas has been having trouble controlling his mind control since battling his sire. Thomas is trying to stem the dark urges he's having but only thoughts of Eddie keep the tide a bay. A strange group of vampires is terrorizing other vampires. Eddie is struggling with the knowledge that Thomas loves him but he's not gay. While out on patrol with Thomas~Eddie kisses Thomas as distraction. Who are these strange vampires? Can Thomas control his power? Will Eddie admit his attraction? Your answers await you in Thomas's Choice.I've always like Thomas since his introduction. I always felt that he was lonely and frustrated. Eddie is a good partner for Thomas. Ms. Folsom's writing and characters are interesting and unique. I look forward to my next adventure in this series.
4.5 stars! There were some corny lines, but overall it was a great story with lots of steam!
