I am loving this series and read this book in one sitting. The beginning really drew me in, especially with Jaime deciding to give Dante (what a great name!)the cold shoulder. Knew there would be fireworks:)I enjoy series that involve the sub-characters who may become main characters in other books - gives it the continuity that bumps it up 'star wise' in my book!Looking forward to the next story from the Phoenix Pack. Sexist - useless females - stupid uber-male group - hypercontrolling possessive and jealous males - mate magic (the thing that makes man love you for life because they clearly cannot do that without some power magic to make them live happily ever after with someone...)I'm getting more and more annoyed by pnr book. So much I'm trying to avoid it as much as possible. It gets two stars because the writer is good at her job (despite the theme she's treating but I suppose it pays the bills) and at some points I felt like she wasn't taking too seriously the thing, and some jokes made me laugh out loud (which is why I managed to finish three books of a genre I'm beginning to hate). Oh, and the supposedly hot sex scenes? they made me laugh out loud by how un-probable they were.
