Bleach, Tome 28: Baron's Lecture Full-Course (2008) - Plot & Excerpts

Yes! More Bleach, (which means more reviews!)After the intense battle that Uryû and Chad took ahold of (and somehow Ichigo was able to stand aside without getting attacked ONCE), everyone starts making their way to the fortress where Orihime is believed to be contained. Lately this series has been giving more breaks in between battles, but they have been becoming more and more short. I have a feeling that this arc is going to be similar to the one that was in the Soul Society, with near-non stop battles, one right after the next. (But that's good, continuous action!)The gang runs into some crazy Arrancars, but instead of fighting one another, they technically made friends...? Well anyway Nel (a girl) got a huge attachment to Ichigo, and trailed along with Ichigo while her buds accidentally got a little lost. The Espadas had a conference, obviously with a cup of tea, and decided to sit tight until Ichigo and gang basically run right into their hands. Orihime is not resisting for the sake of her friends, but is also just playing along so she can attempt to destroy the Hôgyoku.Good girl! *Pat pat*Ichigo is in the midst of a battle with a 'fallen Espada', no. 103, Dordoni, and Nel is total flipping out. I can really tell if she regrets coming or not though...One thing I noticed, is that Tatsuke, Keigo, and Mizuiro were never mentioned. Are they chilling at Urahara Shoten while Kisuke is torturing Kon? Attempting to get information out of Tessai? Trying to make sense together of all the bizarre Soul Reaper terms? Tite Kubo, you shouldn't be leaving me on edge like this. -_-I'm so anxious to read the next volume, I feel like writing the reviews are taking too long!! (Well then again, I do write pretty long reviews...)^~^ Bleach was definitely very interesting to read and different to what I usually read. I enjoyed the whole soul reaper concept and how we find out more and more about the main character as the story goes on.It's a fast read and is easy to understand but gets progressively more difficult to follow parts of the story due to there being so many different characters that can be qualified as important in the progression of the story.I would recommend it for the story line and the graphics but I do feel like there are a certain amount of plot holes or at least not detailed out enough parts. I give the series 3 stars, the beginning possibly deserving 4 stars and slowly falling to 3 stars.
