His friends the Adventurers are imprisoned by the Brotherhood, a group of wizards who practice black magic.This is a fast paced marvelous fantasy.Those students who have liked the Ranger's series will love this one. Here the wizard must come to the rescue of an old friend. He travels to a land where wizards are not welcome and saves a prince who is the only hope of the land reuniting. He vows to see the prince claim his birthright and become king of the land, which sends him through several challenges. In the end he faces an evil wizard, from an organization he feels duty bound to defeat. The book is full of good clean humor, adventure, and good morals. This is a fantastic book for any reader and is uplifting and a wonderful read. I love this author and their work. This series never disappoints.
